Job Description

  • Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

  • Contact clients through calls, messages, and meetings.

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.

  • Prepare quotations and follow up with clients regularly.

  • Convert leads into successful sales.

  • Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain daily sales reports and update the management.

  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution after sales.

  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
