Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and organized Site Coordinator to support our field and office operations across multiple project sites. This role involves coordinating construction activities, conducting environmental and location-based research, managing client visits, and ensuring smooth communication between field teams and the operations head. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site and in the office, adaptable to changing locations, and capable of handling both logistical and client-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations across various project sites.

• Conduct site visits for environmental assessments, location analysis, and construction progress tracking.

• Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams during on-site meetings and visits.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing site activities according to project timelines.

• Collect and report field data to the Operations Head in a timely and organized manner.

• Support the project team in preparing documentation, reports, and updates from the field.

• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.

• Handle logistical arrangements for site travel, materials, and client visits.

• Maintain proper records of site progress, issues, and resolutions.

• Perform general administrative tasks as needed in support of field activities.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel frequently to multiple site locations.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic understanding of construction or site-based work preferred (not mandatory).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) is a plus.

• Valid driver's license is an advantage.
