Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Office Executive who can handle client coordination, support sales activities, and manage day-to-day office operations efficiently. The role requires good communication skills, follow-ups with clients, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Handling:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to sales inquiries
Coordinate with existing and new clients and maintain healthy relationships
Explain company products/services to clients clearly
Follow up with clients for quotations, orders, and payments
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
Office & Administrative Work:
Maintain client records, sales data, and documentation
Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth work flow
Manage emails, files, and office records
Assist in day-to-day office operations
Coordination & Reporting:
Update management on daily sales activities and client status
Schedule meetings and maintain follow-up trackers
Ensure timely communication between clients and management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any graduate / diploma (experience preferred)
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Sales coordination or office experience is an added advantage
