Sales Executive

• Counsel clients on various immigration programs and visa categories.

• Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration pathways.

• Explain process timelines, document requirements, and visa rules.

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with potential leads.

• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments and meet monthly sales targets.

• Maintain and update client data in CRM on a regular basis.

• Provide complete guidance on documentation and application preparation.

• Coordinate with the processing/operations team for file submission.

• Provide regular updates to clients about their application progress.

• Manage client queries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Maintain strong product knowledge of changing immigration laws and updates.

• Promote additional services such as job assistance, profile marketing, etc.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for referrals.

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration authority guidelines.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and payments.

• Uphold confidentiality and integrity in client handling.
