We are looking for a high-energy, customer-centric Sales Executive to join the Raipur TVS team. You will be the face of our showroom, responsible for guiding customers through their journey—from the first "just looking" walk-in to the final key handover. Your goal is to drive sales while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
​Key Responsibilities
​Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers warmly and understand their specific commuting needs and style preferences.
​Product Demonstration: Provide expert knowledge on the TVS lineup (e.g., Apache, Ntorq, Jupiter, iQube). Explain technical specs, mileage, and features in a way that excites the customer.
​Test Rides: Coordinate and lead test rides, ensuring safety and highlighting the vehicle's performance on the road.
​Sales Conversion: Proactively follow up on leads (walk-ins, web inquiries, and calls) to close sales and meet monthly targets.
​Finance & Documentation: Assist customers with financing options, insurance, and the necessary RTO documentation.
​Showroom Maintenance: Ensure that the display vehicles are clean, properly positioned, and that marketing materials are up to date.
