Job description: Solar Sales Executive
Location: Work From Office – Ramesh Nagar Delhi- 110015 (Nearest Metro Station Ramesh Nagar)
Shift: Monday–Friday (4:00 AM – 1:00 PM), Saturday Half Day (4:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
Experience: 1–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to Australian residential and commercial leads
Pitch solar and battery solutions, handle objections, and close sales
Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
Maintain lead records in CRM and coordinate with internal teams
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory.
Develop a deep understanding of solar and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent English communication
Goal-oriented, confident, and persuasive personality
Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn
Proven sales experience in Solar, Energy is a plus
Previous work experience in UK or Australian markets is plus.
Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
