Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Gold Loan Sales Executive to join DBS Bank. The role involves generating leads, acquiring customers, and promoting the bank’s Gold Loan products through field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers for Gold Loans through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation.

• Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers.

• Assist customers with documentation, KYC, and loan processing.

• Ensure proper handling and verification of gold as per bank guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue.

• Provide timely customer support and resolve queries.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (minimum 1 year preferred)

• Gender Eligibility:

  • Male – Freshers eligible

  • Female – Minimum 1 year experience preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Willingness to work in field sales

• Basic understanding of financial products is an added advantage
