Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Develop new business opportunities for mechanical seals.
Maintain and grow client relationships.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
Negotiate contracts and meet sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and delivery.
Service:
Provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for mechanical seals.
Conduct service visits and prepare reports.
Offer product training and technical support to clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales assistance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred).
Experience: 7 months -2 years in industrial product sales and service, preferably in mechanical seals.
Skills: Strong understanding of rotating equipment and sealing systems, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and independent working capability.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and on-site service.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience with mechanical seal installation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with process industries like oil & gas, power, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals.
