About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Service Executive with hands-on experience in mechanical seals, rotating equipment, and industrial products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing on-site technical service and support for mechanical seals.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities for mechanical seals and related sealing solutions.
Identify and approach potential industrial clients across oil & gas, chemical, and process industries.
Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution, delivery, and invoicing.
Service Responsibilities:
Perform on-site installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of mechanical seals.
Analyze seal failures and performance issues, recommending corrective actions.
Prepare detailed service and visit reports.
Provide product training and technical support to clients’ maintenance teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional post-sales support.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (Mechanical / Industrial Engineering preferred).
Experience: 7 Months – 2 Years in industrial product sales and service, preferably in mechanical seals or rotating equipment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of sealing systems, pumps, compressors, and process equipment.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and on-site service.
