Customer Support Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the textile and apparel industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, generating sales, and achieving sales targets.

Mandatory Requirement: The candidate must be comfortable with extensive travel for sales development and travelling across India as required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Travel extensively across India for sales development and client meetings.

• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market visits.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Present and explain textile and apparel products to clients.

• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Must be comfortable with frequent travel across India for sales purposes.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel, for sales reporting.

• Experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales, Channel Sales, or Garment Sales will be preferred.
