Role Description
This full-time on-site position, based in Bengaluru South, is for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences, provide detailed information on available properties, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating terms, closing deals, managing client communications, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property listings.

Knowledge of the local real estate market and property management practices
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
