🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and site walk-ins
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable projects
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with CRM team for documentation and booking process
