Identify and develop new business opportunities in the road construction and road safety materials market.
Meet contractors, road authorities, PWD, NHAI, municipal corporations, and private infrastructure developers to generate sales.
Present products, demonstrate technical features, and explain application benefits of thermoplastic paints.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with the technical team for product trials, site demonstrations, and application support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and customer communication.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and update management on progress.
We require a Sales professional with 1–5 years of experience in road marking or infrastructure products, strong communication and negotiation skills, good technical understanding of thermoplastic paints, and the ability to work independently with extensive travel.
