Ocean Clicks is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented individuals to join our growing team as International Sales Executives.

The role involves connecting with potential customers in the US market through outbound calls, generating and qualifying leads, and scheduling service demonstrations.

We are seeking candidates with excellent English communication skills, good Gujarati communication skills, confidence in speaking with international prospects, and a strong interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Cold Calling: Contact potential customers in the US market to introduce our services and generate interest.

- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify prospects, understand their requirements, and assess potential sales opportunities.

- Service Demo Scheduling: Schedule service demonstrations with qualified prospects and coordinate appointments with the relevant team.

- Customer Communication: Explain services, answer initial questions, and maintain professional conversations.

- Objection Handling: Address customer concerns confidently and professionally.

- Follow-ups: Follow up with prospects through calls and emails to improve engagement and conversions.

- Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with prospects and support business growth.

- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and service demonstration appointments.

- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with colleagues to improve lead quality and overall sales performance.

- Continuous Learning: Develop service knowledge and improve sales and communication skills.

Requirements & Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

- Good Gujarati communication skills.

- Confidence in cold calling and communicating with US-based prospects.

- Willingness to work from our Ahmedabad office from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

- Strong communication, listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a target-oriented mindset.

- Ability to handle rejection professionally and work toward sales goals.

- Basic computer proficiency and effective time management.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in international sales, US sales, cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development is an advantage.

- International customer support or voice-process experience is a plus.

- Experience with US-based customers is desirable but not mandatory.

- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

- Training and guidance will be provided.
