Job Summary
The Channel Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic channel partnerships to drive sales growth. This role involves building strong relationships with channel partners, providing them with the tools and support they need, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Acquisition & Management
Identify and onboard new channel partners/distributors/franchisees.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
Sales Growth & Revenue Targets
Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed channel revenue targets.
Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of agreed sales goals.
Training & Support
Provide product knowledge, sales tools, and training to channel partners.
Support partners in lead generation, sales presentations, and negotiations.
Market Analysis & Expansion
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Expand channel presence into new regions and sectors.
Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support partners.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
