Sales Executive – Field Sales

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Niyan Traders. This is a field sales role focused on developing the market, visiting retailers, wholesalers, cafés, restaurants, and other B2B customers, generating orders, and building strong business relationships.

The role offers ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and performance, along with opportunities for growth in a dynamic FMCG distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, cafés, restaurants, and other B2B customers on a daily basis

• Generate new customers and develop existing accounts

• Introduce and promote Niyan Traders' FMCG products to potential customers

• Take orders and achieve assigned sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and business owners

• Follow up with customers for repeat orders and payments

• Identify new market opportunities and potential customers

• Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing, competitors, and customer demand

• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, orders, follow-ups, and sales

• Coordinate with the team regarding stock availability, deliveries, and customer requirements

• Represent Niyan Traders professionally in the market

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

• Experience: 0–6+ years in sales/FMCG/field sales preferred, but freshers can also apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting new customers

• Basic knowledge of smartphones/WhatsApp is required

• Ability to negotiate and confidently present products

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence

• Candidates must be open to working 6 days a week

• Day shift / field working hours

Compensation:

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + applicable incentives/travel allowance, based on experience and performance.
