About InCue

InCue is a smart digital queue and token management platform designed to help clinics, hospitals, and service-based businesses manage customer queues, reduce waiting-time uncertainty, and improve operational efficiency.

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Conversion Executive who can communicate with potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and convert leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads promptly through phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Understand customer requirements and explain InCue's features and benefits.

• Conduct online product demos and guide customers through the platform.

• Handle customer questions, objections, and pricing discussions.

• Follow up with interested leads until conversion.

• Convert potential customers into paid subscribers.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Generate your own leads (optional) to earn additional incentives.

Salary & Incentive Structure

Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 Per Month

1. Company-Provided Leads

• Monthly conversion target: 50% of assigned qualified leads.

• Example: If 30 qualified leads are assigned, the target is 15 paid conversions.

• Earn 25% commission on every additional conversion after achieving the target.

2. Self-Generated Leads

• Generate leads independently and convert them into paying customers.

• Earn 40% commission on each successful conversion.

• No minimum company-lead target is required to earn self-generated lead incentives.

Commission Policy

• Commission applies only to the customer's first month's subscription value, excluding GST.

• No recurring commission on subsequent renewals.

• Incentives become eligible after 45 days, provided the customer has not raised a valid refund claim.

• Annual-plan incentive calculations will be communicated separately.

Working Hours & Flexibility

We believe in performance rather than fixed working hours.

• 100% remote work.

• No fixed daily shift.

• No mandatory check-in or check-out.

• Four weekly off days per month.

• Freedom to manage your own working schedule.

• Promptly contacting new leads and completing scheduled customer demos is essential.

• Consistent follow-ups and timely customer communication are expected.

Your performance will be evaluated based on lead handling, customer communication, follow-ups, and successful conversions—not hours spent online.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Hindi; English communication is an advantage.

• Confidence in speaking with customers over phone calls and video meetings.

• Good negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and a stable internet connection.

• Ability to work independently and manage leads responsibly.

• Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2B sales, or SaaS sales is preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
