Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

1) Franchise Network Expansion & Development:

• Identify and acquire new franchisees across PAN India to expand the franchise network.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance franchise network development and ensure consistent growth.

• Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring their long-term success and profitability.

2) Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective management of the franchise network.

• Maximize revenue generation by providing strategic sales guidance to franchisees and ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Drive continuous growth through innovative sales strategies and regular performance reviews of franchise partners.

3) Team Handling & Development:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals focused on franchise development and support.

• Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide ongoing training to ensure the team is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and motivation to succeed.

• Set individual and team performance targets, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

4) Sales Strategy & Market Penetration:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets and regions across India.

• Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches and drive growth.

• Monitor sales performance, adjust strategies as needed, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

5) Franchise Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, offering support, resolving issues, and driving franchise success.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and franchise partners, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
