Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media.
Generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Qualifications
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software programs.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
