Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our Baskin-Robbins store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a great in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them with product selection
Explain flavors, offers, and combo deals
Handle billing and cash transactions
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store
Ensure proper display and stock management
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of retail or food outlet operations
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Experience:
0–2 years of experience in retail, QSR, or food outlets preferred
