Greet and handle customers courteously and professionally.

Understand customer needs and assist in selecting jewellery accordingly.

Provide detailed information on products, pricing, offers, and services.

Maintain stock display, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Coordinate with back office and inventory teams for smooth operations.

Requirement:

Minimum 0-2 years of retail sales experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.
