Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive patient conversions and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will handle patient inquiries, explain treatment options, and convert leads into confirmed consultations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing patients through calls and follow-ups (leads provided).

• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed OPD appointments and surgeries.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.

• Coordinate with doctors and front desk teams for seamless patient scheduling.

• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.

• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through professional communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Experience in sales, telesales, healthcare sales, or hospital marketing preferred.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

• Target-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality.

• Basic understanding of healthcare services is an advantage.

• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
