Customer Support Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Sales Executive with hands-on experience in IndiaMART sales and account management. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle on the IndiaMART B2B platform, turning raw inquiries into active business accounts. If you have strong sales acumen, love hitting targets, and can close deals on B2B marketplace dashboards, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Monitor and manage the IndiaMART Seller Panel daily, ensuring instant response times to bulk inquiries and buyer leads.

• Lead Conversion: Make outbound calls to follow up on pre-qualified leads, address customer inquiries, and build a consistent sales pipeline.

• Negotiation & Closing: Prepare commercial quotations, negotiate pricing/terms with B2B clients, and systematically close sales.

• Account Management: Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with acquired B2B buyers to encourage repeat sales and referrals.

• Reporting: Maintain precise records of daily calls, lead updates, conversion metrics, and dashboard reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience handling IndiaMART sales and lead conversions.

• Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the IndiaMART backend, inquiry panel, and lead buying system.

• Communication: Strong negotiation, verbal communication, and customer-convincing skills (English & Hindi).

• Mindset: Target-driven, proactive, and hungry for high commission payouts.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
