Sales Executive

1. Calling Provided Leads

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.

• Introduce and explain product or service offerings clearly and confidently.

2. Follow-up & Lead Conversion

• Follow up consistently with interested clients to move them toward closure.

• Convert leads into paying customers by building trust and understanding client needs.

3. Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients even after the sale.

• Build long-term relationships by ensuring excellent service, handling concerns, and staying in touch for future opportunities or referrals.

• Act as a point of contact between the company and the customer.

4. Achieving Sales Targets

• Work toward achieving daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales conversion targets.

5. Maintaining Records

• Accurately update CRM or spreadsheets with call logs, follow-ups, and client status.

• Maintain documentation of all client communications and sales progress.

6. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Assist clients with post-sale queries, product/service support, or documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and professionally.

7. Reporting

• Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on call activity, lead status, and closures.
