Job Role & Responsibilities:
Customer Handling: Greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and explain Honda bike/scooter models, features, variants, and pricing.
Sales Conversion: Convert enquiries into sales through effective product demonstration, test ride arrangement, and negotiation.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated from digital marketing, tele-calling, referrals, and showroom enquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
Documentation: Complete sales formalities including booking form, finance, insurance, RTO documentation, and coordination for vehicle delivery.
Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, extended warranty, and insurance.
Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of all Honda models, competitor models, and current offers/schemes.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) by providing excellent pre and post-sales service.
Showroom Maintenance: Maintain showroom display, vehicle cleanliness, and follow Honda grooming and SOP standards.
Reporting: Update enquiry details, follow-ups, and sales reports daily in DMS / CRM system.
