• Research and identify potential clients through Calls, Emails, IndiaMart, and Trade India.

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, need, timeline, decision-maker).

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage prospects and present product/service offerings.

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.

• Schedule and conduct virtual demos or coordinate with field sales teams for on-site demos.

• Customize pitches based on customer needs.

• Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines.

• Manage the entire inside sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
