We are looking for energetic and driven Sales Executives to join our team for a leading real estate mandate project located in Ravet. This is a field-based, onsite role ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience in real estate or direct sales. The candidate must be residing in the PCMC area.
Attend walk-in customers at the site and provide detailed project information.
Conduct site visits and presentations to potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain records of client interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, marketing, admin) for smooth sales closures.
Stay updated with market trends, project offerings, and competitor analysis.
Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
Experience: 0–1 year in real estate or any sales profile. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Must be comfortable working on-site, including weekends.
Compulsory: Must be currently residing in PCMC (Pimpri-Chinchwad areas like Nigdi, Akurdi, Chinchwad, Ravet, Kiwale, Talegaon etc.)
