Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming & Outgoing travel leads from, Instagram & WhatsApp

• Reply quickly to customer queries

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings

• Explain travel packages clearly (Kedarnath, Chardham, Goa, etc.)

• Follow up with i customers daily

• Maintain lead data in Excel / Google Sheet

• Coordinate with team for bookings & customer updates

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

• Experience in sales / telecalling / travel industry preferred

• Should know WhatsApp, Instagram & Facebook lead handling

• Confident in convincing customers

• Basic computer knowledge

• Able to work on targets

• Honest, active & responsible person

Extra Preference:

• Experience in travel company

• Knows Meta Ads leads handling

• Can join immediately
