Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and appoint potential stockists in the assigned market
• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs and finalize rate contracts
• Generate leads by meeting retailers and ensuring consistent monthly business
• Build strong networks with carpenters, contractors, and key buyers
• Implement display schemes and promotional activities in the assigned territory
• Manage order processing and ensure smooth supply chain till payment realization
• Conduct market research, analysis, and share insights
• Plan sales projections and stock requirements for upcoming months
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling strategies
• Organize and manage exhibitions, events, and conferences
• Maintain MIS reports and performance tracking
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in furniture hardware.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office & Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset with a well-organized approach
• Team player with high dedication and adaptability
