Education: Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 1 to 2 years in Gold Loan sales or general sales
Up to ₹3.18 Lakhs per year (CTC)
Good at sales and communication
Ability to build and manage customer relationships
Knowledge of gold loan products
Confident in meeting people and explaining products
Find new customers for gold loans by doing:
Field visits
Cold calls
Referrals
Visit at least 10 new customers every day and record all visits
Meet your daily and monthly sales targets (number of customers and loan value)
Generate leads from:
Open market
Branch walk-ins
Branch team referrals
Convert leads into actual gold loan applications
Help new customers with smooth onboarding and required documents
Clearly explain loan terms, interest rates, and renewal process
Keep a daily log of your work (DSR – Daily Sales Report)
Maintain a personal diary for appointments and follow-ups
Stay updated on market trends and give suggestions to improve the sales process
Do outdoor marketing activities regularly to find new customers
Ensure the loan applications are of good quality
