Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and presentations
Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into CRM/ERP systems
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and assist with forecasting
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for sales representatives
Liaise with marketing, logistics, finance, and operations teams
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Assist with organizing trade shows, events, and promotional activities
