About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced and target-driven.

• Sales Manager to lead sales and business-development activities for

• interior design, construction, and related services.

• The role will be responsible for generating and converting high-quality

• leads, managing key client relationships, driving revenue, and guiding the sales team toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales activities for residential and commercial interior design, construction, and related projects.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

• Generate new business through market visits, referrals, networking, digital platforms, partnerships, and existing client

• Identify and develop relationships with high-value residential, commercial, corporate, and institutional clients.

• Handle client meetings, understand project requirements, and present suitable interior/design and project solutions.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation, closure, and handover.

• Conduct and coordinate site visits, client presentations, quotations, and commercial discussions.

• Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms while protecting project profitability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, contractors, real-estate professionals

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
