Job Title: Personal Loan Sales Executive

Reporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring potential customers for personal loan products through direct and tele-sales efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a focus on achieving monthly disbursement and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and approach prospective customers for personal loans through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms.

• Explain loan products, features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and process clearly to customers.

• Collect complete documentation and ensure timely submission for processing and approval.

• Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Operations, and Disbursement teams) to ensure smooth application processing and customer experience.

• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets in terms of disbursements and number of files logged in.

• Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions on the CRM or tracker.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, RBI regulations, and KYC norms during the sales process.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in personal loan sales (NBFC or banking sector preferred). Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

• Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Target-driven and customer-focused approach.

  • Basic understanding of personal loan products and documentation.
