Conduct regular field visits to construction sites and nearby areas.

Meet relationship managers, builders, and market managers to build strong partnerships.

Generate leads through site visits and local networking.

Coordinate with builders or managers to get home loan referrals.

Assist customers in the loan documentation process and ensure smooth file handling.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
