We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Sales Manager for our real estate projects in Muzaffarpur and Patna. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, lead generation, channel partner development, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities
Handle sales for residential real estate projects in Muzaffarpur and Patna.
Generate own leads through various online and offline methods.
Work on company-provided leads and ensure high conversion rates.
Use real estate platforms like MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, and other brokerage portals effectively.
Build and manage a strong network of channel partners for maximum sales coverage.
Conduct property visits, presentations, and customer follow-ups.
Lead and manage a small team of Sales Representatives and Telecallers.
Ensure timely reporting, sales tracking, and achievement of monthly targets.
Represent the company professionally and maintain excellent client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Must be familiar with property sales trends in Bihar, especially Muzaffarpur & Patna.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects efficiently.
Experience in onboarding and maintaining channel partners.
Team handling experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and experience using online property portals (Magicbricks, 99acres, etc.).
