Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to join our reservations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hotel bookings, maintaining reservation accuracy, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations received through phone calls, emails, online travel agencies (OTAs), and direct booking channels.

• Ensure accurate processing and updating of bookings in the reservation system.

• Respond professionally to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.

• Monitor room inventory and support revenue optimization initiatives.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.

• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles.

• Generate and maintain reservation reports as required by management.

• Resolve booking discrepancies and provide timely solutions to guests and internal stakeholders.

• Follow company policies, reservation procedures, and service standards.

Skills Required

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Good knowledge of email correspondence and reservation systems.

• Typing speed of 30+ WPM.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
