Sales Executive

Job Profile: Sales Executive

Location: Bajirao Road,Pune.
Education Qualification: Any Graduate
Gross Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management & Booking

   • Handle customer order booking and ensure timely processing.

   • Maintain accurate records of sales orders in the system.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

   • Monitor stock levels and update inventory records regularly.

   • Ensure availability of products as per client and student requirements.

   • Coordinate with management for stock replenishment.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Coordination

   • Manage dispatches as per order schedules.

   • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.

4. Customer Interaction & Follow-up

   • Communicate with clients and students regarding orders, services, and queries.

   • Conduct follow-up calls/messages to maintain healthy customer relations.

5. Reporting & Communication

   • Provide daily/weekly updates on sales, stock, and dispatch status.

   • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of sales and inventory management.

• Basic in MS Office/Excel for maintaining reports.

• Ability to multitask and handle client/student interactions effectively.
