Role overview

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to promote and sell our ERP software and IT solutions. This is a field sales, with high earning potential, making it ideal for freshers, freelancers, and experienced sales professionals who enjoy meeting clients, closing deals, and getting rewarded for their performance

Key Responsibilities

• Visit businesses and potential clients to present our ERP software and IT solutions.

• Identify and connect with prospective clients through field visits, phone calls, emails, and online channels.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and coordinate demonstrations with the technical team.

• Follow up with prospects and close sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales or business development experience are welcome.

• Willingness to travel and meet clients for field sales activities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in interacting with customers.

• Interest in technology, ERP software, and IT solutions.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace is an advantage
