We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, providing information to customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Explain products/services, features, and offers to customers.

• Maintain records of calls and customer information in the CRM/database.

• Follow up with existing leads to convert into sales.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the management team.
