1. Sales & Business Development
Lead Generation: Actively prospect for new buyer and seller leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans and campaigns to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Property Showings: Conduct professional property tours and open houses for prospective buyers, effectively highlighting features and answering all inquiries.

Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs, financial abilities, and preferences to propose suitable properties or selling strategies.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, industry professionals (like mortgage lenders, attorneys, and contractors), and internal teams.
CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage client interactions, and follow up effectively.
3. Administrative & Compliance
Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage all necessary real estate paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are in full compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
