Customer Support Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹20000 - ₹35000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the day shift.

Generate and manage leads for residential rooftop solar projects.

 Connect with homeowners and understand their electricity/solar requirements.

 Explain solar solutions, benefits, pricing, ROI, and available government subsidy schemes.

 Conduct customer meetings and site visits for requirement assessment.

 Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects until closure.

 Coordinate with internal teams for site survey, installation, documentation, and commissioning.

 Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and customer records.

 Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

 Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.

Candidate Profile

 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Solar / Rooftop Solar / Residential Sales /

Renewable Energy.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

 Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

 Good knowledge of residential solar products and customer handling will be an advantage.

 Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for customer meetings and site visits.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
