Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to drive customer engagement, generate leads, convert sales, and maintain strong client relationships. Suitable for both fresher and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

For Fresher Candidates:

• Assist in generating new leads from walk-ins, calls, and online platforms

• Explain products/services to customers in a clear and professional manner

• Maintain customer data and follow-up records

• Support sales team in daily operations

• Attend training to understand service offerings and pricing

• Conduct follow-up calls for enquiries

• Help in preparing sales reports and updates

For Experienced Candidates:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Conduct product/service presentations

• Manage walk-ins and convert enquiries into sales

• Maintain CRM entries, reports, and sales pipeline

• Handle after-sales support and resolve client concerns

• Participate in marketing activities, events, or promotions

• Train and guide junior sales staff (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Any Degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc preferred but not mandatory)

• Fresher or 1–5 years of sales experience

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or retail is an added advantage

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & customer handling skills

• Confidence and persuasion ability

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines

Salary:

• Fresher: As per industry norms

• Experienced: Based on experience + incentives
