We are looking for a competitive Sales & Marketing Executive, the Sales Executive - Desk Sales

is a key contributor to our revenue growth, responsible for engaging with customers,

understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services. Operating primarily from a

desk setting, this role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for

achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will initiate customer communication, generate and

qualify leads, and actively contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

●

0- 3 years of experience in sales or related fields.

●

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

●

Basic understanding of sales principles and a strong willingness to learn.

●

Focused and goal-oriented

●

Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

●

Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales Targets.

●

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

●

Work at customer location (educational institutes) and make sales

●

Persuasive and effective in communication.

●

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

●

Maintain positive relationships with customer through effective communication.●

Provide information about products or services and address customer concerns.

●

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

●

Build references from existing and new customers.

●

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, demonstrating a strong ability to

generate and qualify leads.

●

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets, managing and updating

sales pipelines.

●

Build and maintain strong relationships with customer, providing post-sales support and

addressing inquiries or concerns.
