Sales Executive

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

( Real Estate or Construction Industry Prefered)

Requirements :

•  Identify and approach new clients in the building construction sector.

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.

•  Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

•   Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

•   Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.

• Maintain sales records and provide regular performance reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).

• Proven sales experience in the construction/building materials sector.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
