Position Overview

We are looking for a target-driven and motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Real Estate Sales experience and strong communication/customer-handling skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages, and other sales channels.

Understand customer requirements and present suitable property options.

Handle customer queries and provide timely information.

Follow up regularly and convert leads into successful sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain lead, follow-up, and sales records.

Build strong customer relationships.

Update CRM and prepare basic sales reports.

Coordinate with the team for deal closures.

Requirements

1–3 years of Real Estate Sales experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented with proven sales ability.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge.

Strong customer handling and relationship-management skills.

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
