Job Title: Sales Executive – Channel Partner Onboarding
Position Overview
The Sales Executive – Channel Partner Onboarding is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing real estate channel partners such as brokers, developers, and property consultants. This role involves building strong partner relationships, training them on company platforms, driving lead generation, and ensuring active participation in sales programs. The candidate must have strong communication skills, an understanding of real estate markets, and the ability to achieve onboarding and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners (brokers, agents, realtors, developers).
Conduct meetings and presentations to explain the company’s offerings, pricing, and partnership benefits.
Complete onboarding paperwork, KYC, agreement signing, and partner registration on the platform.
Ensure partners understand product features, tools, dashboards, and usage flow.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing and newly onboarded partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries, support, and escalations.
Regularly engage partners through visits, calls, and virtual meetings to ensure platform usage.
Sales & Revenue Enablement
Drive partner activation and help them list properties effectively on the platform.
Motivate partners to generate leads and conversions through product usage.
Achieve monthly targets for onboarding, active partners, listings, and revenue.
Promote upgraded subscription plans, premium listings, and marketing packages.
Training & Support
Conduct product training sessions for channel partners to improve platform adoption.
Provide timely support regarding listing formats, pricing, documentation, and policy updates.
Guide partners on best practices for property listing and lead management.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Stay updated on real estate trends, new projects, competitive platforms, and partner needs.
Identify gaps in the market and propose solutions to improve onboarding quality.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on partner onboarding, sales funnels, performance, and activity tracking.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–4 years of experience in real estate, channel sales, or B2B onboarding.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of property listings, real estate market dynamics, and broker networks.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualities
Experience with PropTech platforms (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.).
Strong local market knowledge and active broker network connections.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to field visits.
Good presentation and training skills.
