Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote agriculture drone spraying services to farmers, FPOs, cooperatives, plantations, and agribusinesses.
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product and service demonstrations in villages and farming communities.
Identify seasonal crop spraying opportunities and convert them into service orders.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and key agricultural influencers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable drone spraying solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Field Activities
Plan and execute village campaigns, farmer meetings, and awareness programs.
Coordinate with drone operations teams for service delivery.
Maintain records of customer visits, leads, quotations, and sales closures.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
Identify new markets, crops, and regions for business expansion.
Track government initiatives related to agricultural mechanization and drone adoption.
