Job Summary:

We are hiring Sales Executives to join our Samsung sales process. This is an exciting opportunity to promote and sell Samsung products directly to customers via chat or voice calls. Ideal for freshers or experienced individuals with strong communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential customers via chat and voice calls to promote and sell Samsung products.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.

• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (any stream)

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Strong persuasion and convincing abilities

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Confidence and enthusiasm in customer handling

Training Program:

• Duration: 15 Days

• Stipend: ₹800 per day during training
