Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell supplements & wellness products in assigned salons

  • Educate salon staff and customers about product benefits, usage, and results

  • Conduct product demos, sampling, and consultation support

  • Achieve monthly and daily sales targets

  • Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and stylists

  • Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility at salon counters

  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team

  • Maintain sales reports, stock tracking, and order coordination

  • Support salon-level promotions, offers, and brand activities

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in salon sales, cosmetics, wellness, FMCG, or pharma sales

  • Good communication & convincing skills

  • Basic understanding of health, beauty, or nutrition products

  • Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality

  • Willing to travel between salons in assigned territory

  • Ability to meet targets and work independently
