Good knowledge of lubricants and their applications.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driving license (if required for field visits).
Preferred candidate profile
Prior work experience with companies like Castrol, Shell, Gulf, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, Valvoline, Total, or similar.
Technical certification or training in lubricant technology is a plus.
